Plot - Pandemonium breaks out in New York City when people who get bitten by rats turn into homicidal mutant rats. A mysterious virus that is carried by mutant rats causes this. A group of people live in a small apartment complex on Mulberry Street on the Lower East Side. They check here have to fight rats and cannibal mutants to stay alive through the night.
What could possibly be more promising than a $60,000 indie zombie film? Anyway, Mulberry Street is here! A summary doesn't really assist with a zombie film about, well, crap. You really must keep an eye out for it.
